Booking & PR agency, based in Bratislava, Slovakia, founded by Alex Kelman in 2008 under ex-name IceCreamDisco. Mostly working with dark, cold, alternative music genres. Besides doing our main services, as a Booking & PR, we do reviews in our music blog.

What we do:
 ⁃ Tour plan – logistics, conditions, number of the shows, agreements, etc.)
 ⁃ Booking shows
 ⁃ Helping with agreements & invoicing the venues
 ⁃ Collecting / providing the tour book details
 ⁃ Logistics solutions in case of traveling by public transport
⁃ Creating a tour design (posters, covers for social net), can be discussed on an individual basis.

What we usually don’t:
 ⁃ Not searching for the last minute shows
 ⁃ Not searching for a backline in each city, but we can help to rent a backline / van for a whole tour

Periods:
We prefer to set up plans for one year in advance minimum. Confirm all the details for upcoming tours and start working on it. Sometimes we can go with a shorter time distances, but it depends…

PR & Plugging:

Besides booking shows, we do PR campaigns and provide our artists with a good press, searching reviews, air plays & other possibilities to spread a word about music release, sitting an hours each day to find new sources. We are transparent & happy to show our activities on our social pages.

We prefer to put each campaign into our schedule in advance at least 3-4 month before a release date to prepare marketing materials in time and be sure that our media partners will receive your music at least one month before the release. But time frames are flexible and can be discussed in each individual case.

Each campaign runs 4-6 weeks – starting with a single/video at least one month before album release as a salad & going smoothly to the main dish – album.

We only do campaigns for music we like only. Our goal is not just to send your release through our database contacts, but generally adapt it to different media requirements & get positive reviews.

As a result of campaign you will get a list with all publications, air plays, etc, once a campaign will be finished, also we will tag you on each publication in our socials.

Every campaign is unique & we should carefully discuss all the points of our agreement.
