Young and ambitious record label Dedstrange, the kid of Oliver Ackermann (A Place To Bury Strangers) and his friends, announced a first release – a fresh single of the Berlin’s art-punk band Jealous.
The debut single “K-Hole II” is a forerunner for their upcoming double EP “Lover / What’s Your Damage?”, which will be released in August 2021 by Dedstrange in conjunction with the artist’s own label Baby Satan Records, actively making noise on the Berlin’s underground scene. “Lover / What’s Your Damage?” will also be available on a cassette release with a limited edition of 300 copies.
Double EP was recorded in the vast of the punk club in Kassel. On the debut single Add, Paz and Uri wander in time and rearranging the mood and rhythm several times along the track. The sound is quite bold and warm at the same time. Band recreates The Cramps atmosphere with a bloom of toxic micro particles. Garage ghosts are somewhere close to.
