Bringing together a most cool elements of indie-rock, cold piercing sound of guitars, haughty and at the same time, deep vocal lines, emanating unhurried drive, while retaining some uncertainty, New Candys were releasing a new and vibrant album “Vyvyd”.

Slightly moving away from the psychedelic sound that prevailed on previous releases and towards a little more commercial with the spirit of early Kasabian, The Raveonettes or BRMC, New Candys made everything clear – the catchy poisonous design of the cover, the extravagant video for the main track “Twin Mime” – all this works great and all that remains is to wish the guys to rise to the highest step of the pedestal of modern indie rock.

The album is listened to in one breath, refreshing memories of 15 years ago. And this is great in that “singles” century.
